- Delivery
Controlled from your dashboard
You set the target count and join speed for your channel in the dashboard, and viewers join your live stream at that pace. If something looks wrong while you're live, our support team can check it with you.
- Refunds
Full refund if we don't deliver
If we fail to deliver the viewers you paid for because of a technical problem on our side, you get a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Service delivered as described isn't refunded for a change of mind.
