Analytics
We use Yandex Metrika to count visits and see how people use the site, including session recordings of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement (Webvisor). Yandex Metrika also keeps a few technical values in local storage, with names starting with _ym. Yandex processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Live chat
The Tidio chat widget stores an identifier so your conversation with support continues across pages and visits. Tidio sets its own cookies when the widget loads.

How to control them
On your first visit a banner asks which optional cookies you allow. Analytics and live chat stay off until you agree. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; the site keeps working, but it forgets your language and theme.
