Our commitment to your satisfaction and fair service use
Refunds may be issued within 24 hours of purchase if the service has not been used. Once the viewer service has been activated, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of the service.
Eligible refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to: partially used services, promotional or discounted purchases, and any services used in violation of our Terms of Service.

ViewerBoss reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria or are deemed to be abusive of our refund policy.
