Kick Partner Program Requirements 2026: Subscriptions, 75 Viewers and the Fast Track

Kick monetization in 2026 has two steps. You can turn on subscriptions once you've streamed 5 hours in total, and you keep 95% of subscription revenue. The KICK Partner Program asks for much more: an average of 75 concurrent viewers, 30 hours streamed, 25 active subscriptions, 250 unique chatters and 3 VODs, all in the last 30 days, plus 250 followers and a verified account.

The numbers below come from Kick's help center, updated in June and July 2026. Kick changes them from time to time, so check the linked articles before you plan around them.

Step 1: subscriptions after 5 hours

Kick's help article on becoming a partner lists one requirement for enabling subscriptions: stream for at least 5 hours in total. The hours add up across streams, so five 1-hour streams count.

Once you're eligible, you switch subscriptions on in your creator dashboard. Viewers can then subscribe or gift subscriptions, and the split is 95/5 in your favour.

This is a much lower bar than Twitch, where you need Affiliate status (or the newer Monetization for All features) before viewers can subscribe.

Step 2: the KICK Partner Program

The Partner Program is the step most people mean when they talk about "getting paid by Kick". According to Kick's help center, you need all of the following:

You also need a verified account, a completed profile with your social links, and a channel that follows Kick's policies.

Meeting every number makes you eligible to apply; it doesn't guarantee a place. Kick reviews each application.

How to apply

• Standard route: email Kick's partnership team from the email address on your Kick account, with your username, once you meet the requirements.
• Fast Track: creators with an established audience on another platform can apply through the Fast Track form at streamer.kick.com/partner without meeting the Kick streaming numbers first. Kick says its team replies within 24 hours.

What about the Creator Incentive Program?

You'll still see the older name, Creator Incentive Program (KCIP), and different numbers for it in many guides. Kick's current help articles describe the KICK Partner Program instead, so use those numbers. Kick doesn't publish a fixed pay rate for partners.

The hard parts: 75 viewers and 250 chatters

Thirty hours a month is about an hour a day. Three VODs and 250 followers come with regular streaming. The two numbers that decide it are:

• 75 average viewers. An average, not a peak, across your streams in the last 30 days. A stream that starts at 120 and ends at 20 can average under 75.
• 250 unique chatters. Different accounts that wrote in your chat at least once in 30 days. Viewers who only watch don't count, so a quiet chat holds you back even with enough viewers.

How Kick decides who gets seen

Kick sorts category pages by viewer count, highest first. That makes viewers even more important on Kick than on Twitch: the more people are watching, the higher you appear, and the more new people find you. We explain the same mechanism for Twitch in how Twitch ranks streams in categories.

For a small channel, that means:

1. Pick categories where you can reach the first screen. Many Kick categories have fewer live channels than their Twitch equivalents, so this is more realistic than it sounds.
2. Stream at consistent times. Returning viewers are what keeps an average up.
3. Talk to chat by name. It raises your unique chatters and keeps people watching. Our guide to getting people talking in chat works on Kick too.
4. Clip and share. Short clips on other platforms bring viewers who haven't found you through Kick yet.

Where viewer bots fit in

Because Kick ranks by viewer count, some streamers use a viewer bot to move up in their category. If you consider it:

• It changes visibility, not whether people stay or chat. The 250 unique chatters still come from real engagement.
• Platforms treat artificially inflated viewership as a policy violation, and Kick reviews Partner applications by hand.
• Keep numbers realistic for your category. A sudden jump looks wrong to viewers as well as to the platform.

How much does Kick pay partners?
Subscriptions pay 95% to the streamer. Kick doesn't publish how any other partner payments are calculated.

Do gifted subscriptions count toward the 25 active subscriptions?
Kick counts active subscriptions, and gifted subscriptions are active for as long as they last.

Can I apply before I hit every number?
Through the standard route, no. The Fast Track is meant for creators with an established audience elsewhere.

Is Kick easier to monetize than Twitch?
Subscriptions are easier to unlock on Kick (5 hours). The Partner Program is harder than Twitch Affiliate but aimed at a different level: 75 average viewers against Twitch Affiliate's 3.
